Drugstore Deals 8-9 to 8-15

Here’s what is free/super cheap this week at CVS and Walgreens.

CVS

Before you start, go to CVS.com and take their prescription drug survey.  You will get a $5/$25 purchase!  It only takes a few minutes.  You can only print out one per computer.  Combine it with the deals below to get even more off of your purchase (or make more money!).  Also, take a minute to go by the pharmacy & ask about their Ready Fill program.  Just for asking you will get a coupon book for $25 in CVS coupons!

Sun-Tues Only: Revlon Color Stay Mineral Mousse $9.99, get $9.99 EB (limit 1).  Use a $1 coupon from 7-19 SS and make $1 on this deal 🙂  If they are all out, dont worry.  Get a raincheck, because next week all Revlon will be BOGO.  You can end up with 2 foundations (or foundation & another Revlon product) for free!

Colgate toothpaste or Wave toothbrush – BOGO.  Go to here and type in zipcode 85031 to find a coupon for $3 off when you buy a toothbrush & toothpaste.  You should be able to get toothpaste for $3.19/tube, and the brushes should be $2.99.  With the BOGO sale & the coupon, you will pay $.19 for both!  Limit is 6/transaction.

Bayer Contour Meter $14.99, get $5 EB.  This is a money maker with the monitor coupon from 3-22 SS.  Pay $0, get $5 EB.

BOGO CVS brand vitamins, minerals, and herbs.  There are printable coupons available for these on CVS.com.  Dont forget – on CVS BOGO sales you can still use two coupons (one per item) even though one item is free.

Sharpie Highlighter 4-pack $.99.  Use the $1 printable coupon here to get these for free.  Here is another bonus – this is a PDF coupon, so there is NO LIMIT to how many you can print!

Some stores are clearancing out their CFL bulbs.  Check the 4-packs and see what they are priced at.  Some people have gotten them for $.49/4-pack!  That is a STEAL for these bulbs.

Walgreens

Colgate Enamel Strength toothpaste – $2.99, get $2.99 RR back.  Use the coupon  from  the 7-26 SS to make this a $.75 MM

Neosporin $3.99, get $4 RR when you buy 2.  There is a $1 printable coupon for Neosporin here, and there is a $2 coupon for Neosporin in the Walgreen’s Activity book.  Look for this – its like a children’s coloring book, but there are also Walgreen’s store coupons inside.  Using 2 printable coupons and the activity book coupon, you end up making $2 on these!

Bic Pens – 2/$1.  Use the $1/2 coupon available here to get these for free (use zipcode 45434).  If you are like me, you can NEVER have too many pens 🙂

Campbell’s soup – $.79 each with in-ad coupon.  Go here to print a coupon for $1/2 – that makes them $.29 each!  Time to stock up on soup now – the sales wont be quite as good once it cools down.

Clean & Clear products – B1G1 50%, prices starting at $4.  If you get 2 $4 items, and use two printable coupons from here, then you end up paying $2 for 2 items, or $1 each.  That is a great price for these!

Jergens Naturals Lotions – $5.99, get $5 RR.  Not free, but not a bad price for this lotion.

Huggies Wipes $2.79.  Grab a coupon booklet from the stand with the ads & use the $2 coupon inside to get the wipes for $.79 each!

Sharpie Highlighter 4-pack $.99.  Use the $1 printable coupon here to get these for free.  Here is another bonus – this is a PDF coupon, so there is NO LIMIT to how many you can print!

Enjoy!  Dont forget to take your reusable bags – if you are like me, you will be making a lot of trips out this week 🙂

You have to visit VistaPrint

Vista Print is a wonderful website.  They offer custom printing services at excellent prices – and some items are completely free.   I absolutely love anything that I can get for free, so I had to go check them out.   The list of free items varies, but here are some things I saw there:

  • Business Cards
  • Mailing address labels
  • Invitations
  • Business Card Magnets
  • Car Magnet
  • Banner
  • Yard Sign
  • Post Cards
  • Sticky Notes
  • Note Pad
  • T-shirt
  • Mouse Pad
  • Hat
  • Tote Bag
  • Pen

You can order up to 4 free items at a time, paying only shipping & handling.  I chose the slow shipping option – and I ended up paying $5.67 for shipping on 4 items.  Even though it was the slow shipping option, I received my items within 4 days (your mailing/handling time may vary).

All of the free items are customizable with your own information, and there are several options for backgrounds and logos (up to 4,000 different choices!).   What a better way to advertise your own side-hustle than to hand out business cards, or place a magnet on your car to tout your services where ever you go?  A tote bag or t-shirt could make a wonderful customized present for anyone on your gift list.  The invitations would be great for an upcoming event – birthday party, baby shower, house warming, etc.

Vista Print also partners with several online sites to deliver an even better deal.  Inbox Dollars offers you $5 for ordering from Vista Print (if you have never used them, you get another $5 just for signing up).  If you choose the slowest shipping option like I did, you will pay less than $1 for all of your items.  If you use My Points, they will offer you 300 points for your first order.  To get these deals, go to the partner sites first and then link to Vista Print through the respective advertised offers.

Dont want to sign up for Inbox Dollars or My Points?  That’s ok – you can still get a discount on your Vista Print order.  Check out your exclusive 25% discount on custom printed products at VistaPrint. Order today!
